Kata Dumur (born in Warsaw, PL) is an electronic music producer and composer currently based in Munich. After 4 years of singing in classical choirs, Kata started her project combining electronic compositions with vocal work and found sounds. She gained professional certificates at Point Blank (London) in Complete Electronic Music Composition and SAE Institute in Electronic Music Production. Since then, she’s also teaching Ableton Live and various music production techniques.

Her original music is inspired by achievements of electro-acoustic composers, the art of soundscapes and 80. new wave. Dark yet soft, projecting emotions and psychological states of the human mind, resulting in experimental downtempo/ambient with an occasional kick.

In 2018 she established a studio for creative audio – Found Waves. The studio helps innovative brands, creative companies, and individuals tell their stories with sound & music. Its sound work will premiere this year at the Munich Creative Business Week.
