Marketing Manager / Beatport
Farah’s career began twelve years ago in Los Angeles working for talent agency, WME, where she spent five years focusing on brand partnerships and commercial endorsements for the agency’s music roster. Bridging the gap between music artists and brands, Farah helped form the music branding division and worked on campaigns with brands such as Samsung, Nokia, Smirnoff, Absolut, Rolex, Burger King, Hennessey, Virgin Mobile, Cover Girl, P&G, Nike, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Red Bull to name a few. After agency life, she pursued artist management and continued to consult on other projects within the electronic music space helping secure sponsorships for festivals, nightlife properties and promoters such as Insomniac and sbe nightlife. She currently resides in Berlin and has worked at Beatport for over one and a half years, starting out in Label Management and now working in the newly formed creative department (BCS – Beatport Creatives Services). Farah focuses on Beatport’s marketing initiatives, branded content strategy and partnerships.
